Paul Garnett has served the settlement industry since 1994 and in 2006 commenced Paul Garnett’s Conveyancing WA, a boutique settlement agency based in Stirling.

Garnett's handle residential property settlement across the whole of the Perth metropolitan region and can extend our services to country WA. We fulfil the legal transfer of your home as either the buyer or seller once the conditions of the standard contract for the sale are fulfilled.

Strata title settlements have their own peculiarities, all of which we have many years of experience in dealing with. Strata property may have by-laws registered on the Strata Plan or have unit entitlements that need to be adjusted for the transfer of titles.
